Colposcopy Administration: Understanding National Guidelines, Best Practice and Consequences
The aim of this course is to ensure there is a greater understanding of the NHS cervical screening programme and the defined pathways. The importance of trained colposcopy administration staff and standard operating procedures will be discussed as well as the role and responsibilities of colposcopy administration within the cervical screening pathway. The course will also help to ensure trust/provider management have a clearer understanding of the colposcopy administration function.
Whilst the course is primarily aimed at colposcopy administration staff it would also be useful and suitable for managers with responsibility for the colposcopy service and for those with admin roles in other area of the programme which interact with colposcopy.
