Two Day Course

This is a two day course ideal for anyone intending to sit the Advanced Specialist Diploma in Cervical Cytopathology.

Day one will cover both the written and practical components with self assessment sessions and practical advice on how to achieve the best results.

Day two comprises a marked mock exam with a review session.

Course fee £200 for both days

Participants attending from North West, North East, Yorkshire & Humber, West Midlands and East Midlands areas will incur a £15 per day administration fee

Online Sessions

This course has two main aims. First, increasing the awareness of the range of cytological cases that can be encountered in real life and in the exam, with the aim of helping candidates become more familiar with good basic cytology and the management of complex cases. A good understanding of the national guidelines is required. In a remote forum, live microscopy or PowerPoint images will be used. Candidates
will be expected to bring their own cases in addition to any presented by the team.

The second aim is to help candidates to develop an understanding of what is required for the written component.
