Course outline:
This MS Teams workshop aims to provide a forum to review national guidance and identify perceived best practice where possible, to help improve patient outcomes where possible.
At the end of the workshop the participants will: –
. Know the full scope of national guidance
. Understand the degree of variation in practice
. Be aware of the systems required and the consequences of system failures
. Have learned from outcomes of anonymised incident reports
. Have participated in correlation exercises
