This session has been set up with the help of IBMS/RCPath examiners to provide some training whilst allowing staff and speakers to maintain safety during the pandemic.
The session will outline briefly what examiners are looking for in prospective candidates, and will also allow candidates to answer some questions and discuss their answers. The participants will be issued with sample written paper questions shortly before the discussion and feedback. Participants are encouraged to be strict with themselves and allow only the same time as in the exam when writing their answers in advance. Anything else does not allow you to estimate your own ability.
At the MS Teams session the panel will discuss approaches to the question types and describe what they feel should be included in a model answer.
The separate “slide Cases” session can be booked if wanted.
Cost: £80 for Written Paper session
Participants attending from North West, North East, Yorkshire & Humber and East Midlands areas will incur a £15 per day administration fee
